The filling and sealing machine adopts a 12-station design, which can realize various folding packaging of metal tubes. The same machine can easily realize the packaging of plastic tubes and metal tubes by changing molds and accessories. It is an ideal equipment for filling and sealing aluminum tubes, plastic tubes and composite tubes in cosmetic, pharmaceutical, food, adhesive and other industries, and meets the requirements of GMP standards.

Feature

1. The LCD display programming controller and buttons are combined with the operation screen to fully grasp the operation status of the equipment, such as stepless speed regulation, parameter setting, output count statistics, air pressure indication, and fault display. 
2. Fully automatic completion of the whole process from supplying pipes, benchmarking, filling inert gas (optional), filling, end-sealing, coding, and finished product export.
3. The high-precision alignment system reduces the color difference range between the tube body and the color code.
4. The adjustment part is externally placed, the position is digitally displayed, and the adjustment is fast and accurate (applicable to the production of multiple specifications and varieties).
5. The machine is integrated to realize automatic functions such as no pipe filling, insufficient supply pipe, low air pressure, automatic display (alarm): automatic shutdown when the protective door is opened.
